Competition Fairness
All competitions on PrepMaster are scored purely on accuracy and speed. Questions are drawn randomly from our verified past-question database and shuffled differently for every participant. No user has any prior advantage over another. Competition results are final and prizes are distributed automatically based on scores.
Prize Pool Distribution
For each competition, 70% of total collected entry fees form the prize pool. The pool is distributed to the top 3 finishers: 1st place receives 50%, 2nd place receives 30%, and 3rd place receives 20%. PrepMaster retains 30% as a platform fee to cover infrastructure, support, and content development.
Wallet & Transactions
All deposits are manually verified by our admin team before crediting your wallet. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. PrepMaster charges a flat withdrawal fee to cover banking transfer costs. All transaction history is available in your Transactions page for full accountability.
Content & Questions
Questions on PrepMaster are sourced from official past examination papers published by JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board). Our team reviews and verifies explanations for accuracy. We continuously update our question bank to reflect the latest syllabuses and exam formats.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed and activated manually upon payment confirmation by our admin team. The advertised features for each plan are available immediately upon activation. PrepMaster does not offer automatic refunds on subscription payments; however, disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Referral Programme
Referral bonuses of ₦1,000 are credited automatically once a referred user upgrades to a premium plan AND successfully enters a paid competition. PrepMaster reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses in cases of fraudulent activity or self-referral attempts.
