PrepMaster provides the tools to store, deliver and score that material but does not verify it, moderate it, or make academic decisions. Results shown in the portals are the school\'s internal records and are not official examination results. Any question about a learner\'s record, assessment or result should be raised with the school.

Some content on PrepMaster is produced or assisted by artificial intelligence — including practice questions and explanations generated with AI, and answers or guidance given by the in-app assistant. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and is offered as a study aid only. It is not official academic guidance, and it should always be checked against your textbooks, syllabus and official past questions before you rely on it.

Online classes are hosted through a third-party video meeting service, and PrepMaster only creates and shares the meeting link. PrepMaster does not host, operate, monitor or record the class, and is not responsible for the quality, availability or security of that third-party service, or for internet, device or connection problems. Joining a class may also be subject to the provider\'s own terms. PrepMaster is not liable for missed classes, interrupted sessions, or unauthorised access resulting from a meeting link being shared by a participant.

Participation in competitions on PrepMaster involves real money. Competition entry fees are non-refundable once paid. Winning in any competition is not guaranteed, and prize amounts depend on the number of participants and the final prize pool. Solo challenges pay a fixed prize only when the published benchmark is beaten. PrepMaster is not a gambling platform; competitions are skill-based academic challenges. Users should only participate with funds they are comfortable spending. PrepMaster strongly discourages financial irresponsibility and urges all users to participate responsibly.

While PrepMaster endeavours to source questions from verified past examination papers and provide accurate explanations, some questions or explanations may contain errors. We encourage users who identify inaccurate content to report it via the in-app support chat so we can correct it promptly. PrepMaster shall not be held liable for any academic or examination outcome based solely on content consumed on this platform.

Physical products sold through the PrepMaster Store are sourced from third-party publishers and sellers. PrepMaster does not author, publish, or independently verify all third-party products listed in the store, and is not responsible for typographical errors or content inaccuracies in third-party materials. Digital products, including novels available in the library, are provided as-is for personal reading and educational use; unlocking premium pages uses platform coins and does not transfer any ownership or copying rights.

PrepMaster may link to external websites, examination and result-checking portals, government portals, university or study-abroad partners, or other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, fees, deadlines, decisions or privacy practices of any external service, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PrepMaster.
