Notifications Panel
Set the Gmail address each notification tab should reach — each tab is independent and can have its own address. Every listed action emails that address automatically the moment it happens, with nothing to open. PrepMaster is only permitted to email Gmail addresses registered as app users, so each tab shows its live delivery status and offers a test email.
School Admin Support
Support requests sent by schools from the top of the School Admin home dashboard.
This address is emailed when
- A school sends a support request from the School Admin home dashboard
Any Gmail address can be used. PrepMaster is only allowed to email addresses registered as app users, so saving one invites it — opening that inbox and accepting the invitation once is what lets the mail through.
Notifications active
Switch off to stop the emails without deleting the address.
